Ok, this is my first post, I hope I've covered all my bases.
Male, 220lbs, 6', 31 Yrs Old
I have been lifting for 3 years off and on, 6 months consistantly.
Steroid Experience:
One Deca only cycle 3 years ago.
Exercise:
3 days cardio
3 days weights
Diet:
5-6 lean protein, low glycemic carbs meals per day
200+ grams protein
Cycle:
(All I had access to so it what I've been forced to use.)
25mg Winstol tabs
5mg Anavar tabs
Dosage:
25mg Winstol taken before bed ED.
40mg Anavar taken 20mg in the morning, 20mg in the evening.
Questions:
1. Can I expect modest gains from this program?
2. What should I change if anything?
3. Do I need to add/adjust over the counter supps like milk thistle, etc?
4. I have plenty of the Anaver and Winny, should I pyramid it and if so how?
5. How long should I take it for?
