looking to do tb500 for 12 weeks and use it like that. What would be a good way to run the cycle if I want some recovery from a beat down body? I’m 58 years old and looking to feel better. Should I do 10mgs for 4 weeks then start decreasing the dosage from there? Or should I start lower and work my way up?

start doing tb with bpc .25mgs each
