using sweat saunas for water retention

finalabs

New member
i have a tendancy to get really bloated in my face do you think a sauna would help

ive tried all the drugs ect looking for something works in like 2 hours

using sweat saunas for water retention

just looking for a temporary cure for say 1 night ect.

absolutely!!! not just for subcutaneous exfoliation

buy also to rid your body of toxins, great for zits too!

I usually run on the treadmill 2 times a week
in sweat pants , long sleeve shirt and a skullie cap
breaking a sweat is the only way to keep your face leaned out.
I do it for 30 minutes and Im soaked from head to toe.

Just be sure to keep your water intake very high.
Keep flushing your body.

when your first start running the sweat comes down off your face on to your lips and taste like salt . My general rule of thumb is keep sweating and drinking water untill the sweat has no taste any more.then you know you flushed out all that extra salt.
some times it takes 30 minutes sometimes longer to flush that shit out

My old gym had a suana and a steam room . I would have liked to use it but all the homos seemed to hang out in their and it scared me to even look inside.

But It prob is a great way to flush you out i just never had the chance to use a steam room .

I've been using the sauna the past 2 weeks. I love it. I usually go after a workout but if it's cold outside I'll go in before to warm up and get the blood moving. I drink tons of water and sweat it all out. I usually only go for around 20 mins at 185F. Releases toxins and also makes me feel much better. Also look into contrast showers too.

It can work but saunas aren't very healthy. Breathing in dry heat. Increasing body temp. For long term water loss, try training with a sweat belt and extra clothing, drink lots of water and use DEFINITION.

Lmao! Were they singing macho man and performing choreographed dances? I'd be scared to bro.

Man when I competed as a teenager in BB comps the homos would eye-fuck me everythime I went in the steam room. Traumatizing to say the least.

Try running with a trash bag on.

My brother was on the wrestling team at school and did ^^^.
He ran in trash bags, cycled in the steam room, carried a spit cup around with him, and drank hella water... and he was pretty cut.

but yeah, its winter so i dont gaf if i bloat.
cuz come summer time ill get 3x as much ass to make up for a missed casual encounter during bulk time =]

cut = 3-5 days of cardio dobf (depending on body fat) about 35-45 mins
I like doing long walks uphill (...on the treadmill)
Nice cross country skiing (.............on that stupid elliptical)
and of course. Mashin' up a shitload of stairs (.............on the stair stepper)

All done in sweatpants and a hoodie keeping Heart Rate at 145-149 (I'm 21 so thats low intensity Cardio or High intensity Fat BURN)

chea

I got to disagree with Nelson on this one, Saunas are great. we use them religously to cut weight for fighting but the heat after a workout also helps with muscle soreness. As for the old fogeys and people eyeballing you dont be worried about that shit if you arent gay then who cares, I think its great sitting in the sauna with a 75 year old man thats butt ass naked with tits to his ankles covered in backhair and you know why hes like that......cause he dont give a fuck about his tiny pecker or backhair and I appreciate that.

now thats funny
there was a jewish concentration camp survivor and though its sad its funny he had his balls stretched no b.s they hung to his knees iguess that was common torture during the war... and we think we have it bad cause we run out of protein

If you don't have any problems with your heart, IMO saunas are great. I go in for 15-20 min. after every workout. It will help rid your body of toxins that have built up over years inside of your body.

I won]t address the guys who sit around naked, tiny pecker notwithstanding. It makes ne uncomfortable. Anyway, I never said sauna's didn't help to lose water. But come on, breathing in 190 degree dry heat is not good for you. A stream room is better, then again, steam room carry zillions of germs.

The thing is...none of this is going to kill you. I just recomeneded a sweat belt for localized water removal and DEFINITION to rid the body of excess fluids as a more "full time" method -- something that could be done daily, as oppossed to a severe occasional loss of water. Hell, if you were preparing for a contest or need to "make weight" I'd suggest all 3 methods.

I feel yah bro Steam rooms scare me for that reason too, but I am just a sauna guy i really want to put one in at my house.

GUYS - nothing beats a jacuzzi! turn that shit on full blast

and you can sweat the fuckin toxins out, get a fatty massage etc etc

GREAT for tissues since they usually receive less blood than muscles

what about a real hot shower i am impatient i can barely lay in a tanning bed for 20 minutes and i cant stand a sauna for more than 5 minutes would a real hot shower at home make you lose water weight

Interesting you say that handsome.

I am sure I read an interesting article in New Scientist about how the temperature extremes activated DNA repair molecules and how being exposed to extremes of hot and cold were great for 'anti-aging'.

I would have to look it up, but I think it relates to heat shock proteins.

Anedotal evidence, most Brits love tepid baths, and just look at how well they age.

The Swedes, Norwegians, Finns, Danish, all love that hot tub and into the snow thing, and the people there are GORGEOUS

:)

Picking on the Brits for being handsome handicapped?

I don't think the nordic type are tall and blond from using hot tubs.

It's funny you refer to the hot/cold thing. In my book I actually recommend a very old school technique (more of an ancient folk wisdom) of running cold water on the genitals after a hot shower. It was believed to increase testosterone and I got into the habit as a kid and have been doing it ever since. Very invigorating.

Well that being said
i see a new trend on elite of '"cold ball dippin" for pct

185 degrees is not very healthy, this will cause tissue/oxidative damage to skin, some saunas as they warm up to 120 and if you can get a high percent humidity will have greater effect than a much higher dry temp(as for sweating)...as for high temperature hot tubs,,can cause low sperm count,,,,,as for high temperatures causing damage to the testosterone producing cells in your testicles ,,who knows.

heh. yeah.

"Run HCG throughout the cycle followed by mandatory Teabagging at low temperatures for 20 mins".
