Use adex and nolva together?

Hi
Im running cutting cycle
400mg test p / week
,400mg tren e / week
Adex 0.25mg eod
Vitamin b6 800mg ed
(Current cycle is test e and deca 500/500mg a week)

problem is my nipples are puffy and I can feel small lump behind my nipple.
So I bump up adex 0.25 to 0.5mg but seems like it doesn't work.
And take nolva 40mg a day, and it looks better.

My question is can I use them both entire my cycle?(adex 0.25 eod nolva 20mg ed)

If I using both will hinder my gains a lot?
(In my country, hard to get letrozole or aromasin)

Get some bloodwork done. Puffy nips us a sign up prolactin. You might need some caber or prami.

B6 isnt enough for that dose of tren. That would work for 100-150mg/wk, but thats it. Get caber/prami asap.

til you get it, drop tren a bit and break up the B6 into 3 doses of 300-400mg.

Sounds like you need some pramipexole or cabergoline. Both get rid of prolactin gyno quickly in my experience.
