Usage of Test-E, get shredded

hey all,

I had some questions here since well... Trying to do a cycle right now for the first time here is my plan :

1-12 Test-E 250mg Twice a week
14-15 40mg Nolvadex daily
16-17 20 mg Nolvadex daily
4-17 0.25 Arimidex daily/1mg every 4th day
+ an insanely strict diet


PS : 1-12 (numbers of days during which I am taking it)

Any opinions ?

He doesn't mean that you shouldn't do a PCT. He means that your PCT sucks. Nolva is garbage. You are on long esters also, and need to wait two weeks after your last pin before starting PCT. A decent PCT would be

Clomid
Unleashed
Test Infusion
Fomastanozol
