Urgent help

Certain people can make great gains naturally and it's due in part to a high natural T level. Well, 300 mgs would bring most people's T to about 1500 mgs -- which is beyond a naturally high level. So it certainly is enough to make gains. But it would require knowing how to train, diet and supplement properly.

What are you going on about I know I will be shut down that's not the issue I dropped from 500mg because my body fat was a little to high for 500 so I dropped to 300 and it's my first cycle anyway things are going good I don't need your negative comments that aren't in Contex with the thread

When you say things are "not going good" what do you mean bro, what side effects are you getting from this cycle?

who was being negative in this thread? if you are talking about me my post was not directed to you.. it was to the person on the last page who said that high dosages shut you down a lot more than low dosages. I simply said all exogenous hormones cause suppression whether you run low or high dosages. . Am I being rude in 'hijacking' your thread? if so I apologize but that was not my intent. just sharing info that others will find useful

and to answer your question I do think 300mg of test is fine, especially if you stack something else with it. I never exceed 200-250mg of test a week ever anymore.. my goals at my age are simple wellness and conditioning. I am no longer trying to 'get big' or any of that stuff.. I'll leave that to the younger dudes lol.

any exogenous hormones will shut your pituitary glands down. your LH will drop to almost 0.

there isn't a magic way to prevent that. I don't care if you run 100mg or 1000. same thing will happen

if you don't believe me then run blood work yourself

I have run blood work and you are wrong. I have been on TRT for almost 20 years.
Any exogenous hormone that pushes you above the normal level will start to cause partial shut down and eventually enough over the normal level will shut you down.
I have been on 100mg a week of TRT for nearly 20 years and it does NOT shut me down..LH does NOT drop to near zero, the reason is this is not pushing me up out of the normal range...its correcting me to the normal range. Now if someone who was already in the normal range took 100mg a week it would push them far above their normal level and shut them most the way down. So it's not you take x from external and poof you shut down...it's you take enough external that you get pushed quite a bit past the feedback for shut off and then you shut down. Those are 2 very very different things.

Normal for adult male Adult: 1.8-12.0 mIU/L
As of last month after almost 20 years of TRT and still on it...I am at 1.9...while not great it's not even completely out of the bottom of normal just very near bottom. So no even over a decade at 100mg week will not send you to near 0 LH if you were actually in need of it in the 1st place. Now if someone who had normal test level did the same thing...then yes their LH would be much lower as they would have been pegged the threshold of the feedback loop to shut down unlike people who actually need it.

A normal functioning male lh levels should be humming at 4+. Anything below 2 is suppressed and is not normal levels

I'm not sure where you pulled that # from but my #s are right off the lab work.
and just looked up
questdiagonstics lab for a 2nd opinion and they show
18-59 Years 1.5-9.3 mIU/mL
is normal

mayo clinic shows
> or =18 years: 1.8-8.6 IU/L
is normal

So both where my lab work was done...as well as questdiagonstics and mayo clinic all say your #s are wrong. I just provided references you can check that my #s are correct. Where did you pull your #s from?
