I want to first off to say thank you all for recommending that I DO NOT TAKE ANAVAR at this time !!! Whew I feel saved !
So with my whole adrenal fatigue thing I'm eating ALOT better a little more than half the time . I'm eating protein with every meal with complex carbohydrate . My energy is back to normal and my emotional outlook is much better .
The not so good
I often have times where I am genuinely not hungry although I have not eaten in hours and hours. Then I binge or over eat later in the evening with stuff like popcorn, nuts or some other crap I can find with lots of salt. It almost feels like a truly compulsing and I when I do partake it seems almost impossible to stop, it feels like I'm drugged lol dramatic or what!?
The good
I'm doing 60 to 70% cardio 4 morning a week for 1/2 to 45 minutes my goal is to get to 6 (for fat loss)
working2 body parts 4x lower weight for reps
allot of body weight quick movements of push ups pull ups abs and low weight squats,
I have seen little to no improvement of scale weight and I know its mostly the issue with the salt/ crap intake and then a few days of clean I must tighten up the food UGH
My strength and endurance is getting better everyday my confidance and concentration has greatly improved to the point I'm really doing a complete work out in the gym with the whole sweat and heavy breathing thing going on YIPEE
In this time of recovery from past negativity my mental outlook has to remain positive at all times . I also realize I have to be patient and become more accountable versus negative over my choices.
In your times of struggling to achieve your fitness goals what do you focus on, where is your head at? Do you reach out for help or do you dig deep?
Do you have specific strategies or if you were me lol what kind of routine would you be working towards ?
Thanks
