looking awesome bro....must have felt good competing at that level. i think top 15 is definatly what to shoot for at your first national show. congrats.

damn 15th!! You should maybe work on posing or technique, as I don't see anything someone could critique on your physique!!

Looking swole my man, good job!!!

Well with any nationals level compeition. Time plays a crucial factor. I missed my window by about an hour and a half so i kind of smoothed out. I was all set to peak about 1:00 but never hit stage till 2:45. Back stage getting a pump was almost impossible it was about 55 degrees , no equiptment and trainiers weren;t allowed back there. For a national level show it was poorly ran!! next year I will be preapred to do battle as a heavy weight in the same show and come down to light heavy for the usas. My plans are to ad more thickness to my legs and to peak on time !! We were told by the judges the top 15 were just points apart that was how close it was from sperating each place. Next time everything will be in place and no room for error. its nice to do a warm up show but I have been black listed from competing in regional shows which i can see there point. If you are already qulaified let other people get a chance, but just once I woul dlike to win an overal in a reputatble show. I plan on doing the body rock in july before the usas and hopefully taking my class. Again you never know who is going to show up so there is no sense getting cocky. In body building only person I'm competing against is my self and as long as I improve I am happy and don't care what the placings are !!
