@bigdextreme74 you can leave them just make sure to move updates to your LOG

 
Still haven't seen any training updates. Weights used per set and rep. We know nothing about you. No pics either. Kind of hard to give any advice if we dont know what were dealing with. The labs are meaningless really without seeing what you can do. Almost like making a porno without being on film.
