I have to say that this is definitely the most unbelievable cycle I have ever ran... My diet and training are spot on all year round but I always find a way to improve and tweak something... My goal is perfection and since perfection is unattainable, there is always something to improve upon... I can say with certainty that I will never run another cycle without primo being involved... It earns the name in every regard and is by far the best experience I have had... EQ is probably the most underrated I have ever seen and I am at the point where it is really starting to shine... Mast is always a favorite of mine as well and I always love that and combining it with primo is excellent...

I have made some changes in my training... I do cardio 7 days a week as always, and it is always 90 minutes but I am mixing in many different things during the week and constantly shocking my body instead of just running long distance everyday... I still run a lot but I want to preserve my body longer and have actually shredded more incorporating different cardio routines in... I keep a consistent burn of around 1500 calories in just cardio a day...

My weight training is another thing I have changed... I train for hypertrophy, which is max muscle growth and it is generally 85% of your max 8-10 reps... I lift 6 days a week as usual... Two body parts a day, twice a week... I have spent a lot more focus on form, and negatives as opposed to just straight strength... It is imperative to work in negatives (eccentric contractions) and it truly helps in shaping muscles... You want to elongate the muscle as well as shortening it... There is too much focus on strength and concentric contractions but the main way to get the chiseled muscle growth is to mix in everything... I do new lifts everyday and never repeat anything in any order and am constantly shocking my body and muscles... This is one of the ways I can still put on muscle with all the calorie burn that I do... Every 6 weeks I rotate the muscle groups that I am working together as well... It is always a constant shock and allows for optimal growth and shred... I try to keep things changing as much as I can to get the most out of everything...

I am not going to get into diet too much because it never fails that some fucking moron comes in that is a google master and tries to tell me things that I should change... I am the one that is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist and am the one that can back it up and I simply don't have the patience to deal with these types... I get asked often about my diet but I will say that my diet is not one I recommend to many people because I am on a constant shred and its not for everyone... I make a lot of sacrifice and my dedication is very rarely duplicated... This is how I make a living but I also truly enjoy it... I look forward to the gym everyday and to the way I prepare meals... I have come up with excellent meals that are very beneficial to shredding and taste great as well... I am constantly learning and formulating new ways to make progress and will continue to aim for perfection and will constantly be looking to achieve more and make more progress...
