Unless the lats are big enough, stop walking w/ the arms out it looks pathetic!!!!

I've actually developed a slouch to avoid walking like that

you have big lats though. It gives you the RIGHT to walk that way.

I have a slouch now too...but mines to hide the "buff strut" (my chest is quite large)

about 6 months ago a few people that i hang out with joked about how i devoloped the "buff guy walk".

I did not even know i was doing it! I hate attension so i now walk with my hands in my pockets or plastered to the frond part of my legs. I look funny either way but i would rather look weird than like one of those bastards...

True, I find if I stand up straight with my arms back, they sit on my lats and do stick way the hell out, but I feel like such a tool walking around like that that I starting slouching forward so they wouldnt stick out

Are these outlaws the same guys I see putting way too much weight on lat pulldowns and then jerking their lower back out real quick in awful form? Yeah I seen them

i hate people who do lat pulldowns like its a full body excersize. i seen some stupid little shit using 170, and he prolly weighted 150, doin the body wave with it, i had to laugh.
