I just finished my first bottle of each dosing 3 caps am and 3 caps pm. I have another bottle of each. Should I continue to take 3 am and 3 pm or just 1 serving a day now?

If you feel recovered, you can switch to a lower dose but I found the day/night works well. In either case, it can't hurt.

That's kinda what I figured. Can't hurt. I'll do am and pm til it's gone.
