Unexpected rise in resting HR?

I'm 43. been on TRT for 3 years. just started my first cycle of 500 mg test cyp about 2 weeks ago. my blood pressure is about 120, but my heart rate went up to 85, usually I'm about 70. I also noticed that when doing cardio my rate goes up quickly, and goes higher then it should for that amount of cardio i'm doing. I assume this might have something to do with test, but I also started Proviron and HGH about 6 weeks ago. Not sure which one is causing the spike in heart rate.

Are you taking an AI with your increased test dose? If not, you estrogen is likely spiking, causing water retention, and making it harder for your heart.

Water retention will cause it. If you arent using an ai or enough that will do it. Hgh can as well
