Hi guys, i won't be able hit the gym for about 7days, need to have knee operation. I'm currently around 83kgs and 6,1 with 7.5% body fat. What do I need to do(eat) while i'm recovering to maintain my muscle and not put too much fat on or lose muscle.
My body burns around 1980calories without any exercise......
Do yous think I will lose much size and strength in these 7 days?
