Extra lean can mean a lot of things, What is the fat % ?? 90% lean 4oz would be
177 cal 22g protien 9.5g fat or 98% lean 4oz would be 120cal 26g protien 1.5g fat, if you knock dow two of them per day it would surly add up at the end of the week
Also processed sausages might have a ton of sodium and fillers. I like to make my own saugage pattys for Breakfast, I use a Breakfast saugage recipe that I plucked off the internet and half the salt. I use 96/4 lean ground beef add a little egg white weight them out and put them on the grill. I them wrap them up and and freeze them.
Pull them out for breakfast pop them in the micro......Good Eats.
