my experience from using HMB is that it isn't really worth the money. I only seemed to see results at huge doses and for what it was costing me, I would have much rather spent the money on MRPs and 1ad/1test!
If you don't like prohormones, use the cash for protein, creatine, BCAAs, and L-Glutamine! oh, and I am amazed at ALA right now. going to try it in high doses in a few weeks and let everyone know how it works out. saw great leaning and vascularity at 600mg/day though.
