Hey Mr. X, I've read your articles and let me tell you I've been on the meat and potatoes diet. I gained some strength but mostly I put fat and swelled up to 224lbs from 190lbs.

In the past months I've stopped and am continually trying to shed the fat, currently down to 206lbs with a nice shredded midsection. Now once again, am thinking of bulking up which is how I got around to reading your articles, but I don't want to lose my current physique. Its easier to move around and the dough boy look is not very appealing so theres got to be some way I can bulk up without going through that phase again. What do you think? Your reply would be appreciated.

That looks really good Mr X. I've never tried a serious diet like this so I have a few questions for you.

Would you recomend this for someone to just lean up, and stay lean? ie. is it easy to maintain the achieved levels of physical condition once reached, or does normal eating upset the body so much that fat deposits quickly return?

What in the hell do you eat on this diet to get 0 carbs? That's gotta be tough man. My favourite food is toast!!!:p :D

What types of fat loss do people typically see on this type of diet? I would be utilizing only ephidrine/caffeine using the 2 days on 2 days off, 2 weeks on 2 wks off method and no other supplements other than flax oil, vitamins and protein powder. Could I expect to lose about 2 lbs per week? (currently at 6'2" 240lbs 15%)

The diet is mostly utilized for fat-loss. You can expect about 1-2lbs. of fat-loss a week, if done right.
foods that are good (NO CARBS) are limited...meat/cheese/eggs/heavy creams
that's about it, not much variety of no carb products

2 wks on/ 2 off on ECA is useless, stick to 5 days on 2 off.

hey bro I to am enjoying your articles!! that’s some very good info. I think I've been reading all your posts for about 4hrs straight now.lol

I do have one question for you. I would like to know how hard is it’s going to be for one to maintain after your off CKD? that’s my main concern. I don't wanna gain it all back soon as I start eating carbs again. ya know. What do you suggest as to how one would maintain?? Thanks bro.
