How long have you guys been training? tell me a bit about your goals etc.....

i'm in leigh (sort of near manchester) been training nearly three years my goal is to get too 200ibs with about the level of boedyfat i have now (i'm at about 170ibs natural but start the good stuff in two weeks)

Im 22, 5'9, and weigh 250lbs bf between 14 and 16%
Probably competing in the Mr England in september
