yeah I think the general idea is to just deny if they ask. they may search tho or at least Ive read stories on boards where they searched. I wouldnt freak out too much because they are after big fish. id research it online to see what people say to do.

It's quite possible that they will come to your house. It's also unlikely given it's a few vials of test and some Winnie. Gear isn't handled by the police it's handled by the Feds, just in case they do show up I would have everything gear related removed from the house or at least hidden very very well.
It's not like you were buying keys of raw hormone powders to manufacture so I'd say you're good for now.

Most of the time that customs sieze a package with a "personal use" quantity of gear, they will just confiscate it and its the end of it.
However, I wouldn't take any chances with illegal class 3 substances, and I would make sure my house was good to go in the event of a search.
I would think if they were going to do a search, they wouldn't tell you that your gear got seized until they arrived at your doorstep. That would give you too much time and opportunity to make sure your house was clean

Man it's actually crazy how much you can get seized and all the letter says is "we are seizing this product" nothing else...I'm sure they flag your address also..I wouldn't know lol
That is why I will not order too much at one time. Losing a lot of gear at once would suck balls

Yeah or order domestic. Creates new concerns, but at least you don't have to worry about customs seizing your order.

Probably not a bad idea to go to a CRIMINAL lawyer for a free consult. You probably won't need him but he'll give you good tips and be familiar with you if the shit hits the fan.

I frame my seizure letters. I've got a couple from Cuban cigars as well as gear. They are pretty generic, just a quick note letting you know items were seized, then two categories containing lists of various contraband. One has narcotics, steroids, etc. The other has tobacco, absinthe and a few other items.
Sometimes you'll receive a second letter a month or so later. This one is about six pages long and has a list of every law you broke. They try to get you to sign it and send it back. They even ask you for money to open your defense case. At the very end there is some text basically saying if they don't hear back from you, you admit guilt, forfeit your items and charges are dropped.

Nobody is going to come looking for you unless you are dealing. They're hoping you're dumb enough to send in the retainer money. It's five percent of the declared value, but no less than $250.00.

I received two seizure letters that were certified mail! OH BOY!
CUSTOMS! "We are holding your parcel at the station. Would you be so kind to come the station with $480.00 to claim your parcel"
"$480.00 and get locked up?" I did order enough for a good five year stretch. Second letter said something to the effect of "We are onto sir" Changed my ordering address and now purchased $2,000 worth of goods. I was drunk that day! OOPS! LOL

I'm glad that I don't need to worry about Customs anymore while Uncle Sam is providing me with Test C for the rest of my life.
But I'm going to make an order for some sleath at my brother's address, an ex-reserve cop and they have always cleared at his home.
Me, I'm an ex-con and an ex-Marine so I'm fucked! LOL

There's one thing that I can't understand about Customs and that is they know I've ordered steroids and I must presumed that they know I use them and that I will try other means to obtain them for personal use and/or to sell them.
Yet, I'm sure my name and address has been flagged by them and they can very easily turn my name over to LE.
Thank God they haven't done so.
Apparently I'm simply a "small fish in a big frying pan" and they are simply following procedures with the Customs letters.

I am new here.
Your are allowed without a USA prescription to bring 50 dosage units if purchased from a country were its legal to buy and keep it in original unopened container with the pharmacy receipt .
If you have a USA prescription then you can bring more. I bring home from Thailand all the time within the allowed amount.
This is off US Customs site
" If a U.S. resident wants to bring in a controlled substance (other than narcotics such as marijuana, cocaine, heroin, or LSD) but does not have a prescription for the substance issued by a U.S.-licensed practitioner, the individual may not import more than 50 dosage units of the medication into the United States. "
I bring a print out of this with my things on my carry so I can show them there own rules but so far they have let me through .
