U Relax, Kava drink

hey guys and gals
what are your thoughts on buying this calming powder called U relax
It’s supposed to help calm the nerves and that’s definitely something I could use in my life
they have a mixed berry in a pineapple flavor
there are main ingredient is kava and they also have chamomile and a couple other things like lemon balm
anyone tried this stuff before it sounds pretty cool

maybe it works you can try it

or you can get some valerian root with chamomile and see how it works as tea

flavored supplements are never a smart idea and it's ironic because the flavoring they put in their can cause more problems than good

I would try the pineapple flavor that actually sounds good

that's good you should be calming your nerves through exercise

maybe try valerian root it works really good
