hey i was just wondering since i have ripped fuel and glutamine, i do cardio 3x a week and low carb diet...i was just wondering if it was ok to do HIIT when takin e/c/a or moderate intenstity for preserving muscle?? and can i loe leg mmuscle by running? i try to do the bike to aviod catabolism and mass loss..i wanna loose fat but not be flattened out like a runner...is it all the same?
