Hi,
Ive recently started a test-e only cycle 300mg every 4 days, and am struggling to get my diet spot on.
I planned everything out and did plenty of research before I started my cycle and have been eating pretty well for a while.
I am a type 1 diabetic which makes this a bit more challenging for me. Since i started on the test I have found i require a lot more insulin and obviously this isn't good for loosing/maintaining weight.
The only place I seem to retain fat is on my core and I really struggle to get rid of it without losing a great deal of muscle as well.
Im 22, 6ft3, fluctuating around 215lbs. Not sure of my BF% but I would say its around 20% due to the amount on my stomach.
Since I started cycling I have been aiming for about 3500 calories a day split made up of:
380g of Carbs
300g of protein
85g of Fat
My goal is to add a much muscle as possible without gaining any fat.
Do my macro and calorie intake seem ok? or should I consider lowering it to around maintenance?
Thanks
