Two clen questions

One, I know you're supposed to take clen with Benedryl during the third week. Can you take Benedryl every night during your cycle? I need it to help me sleep.

Two, ephedrine is supposed to be taken with caffeine and aspirin to maximize its effect. Would taking clen with caffeine and aspirin help? Thanks.
