Two Bulking Questions

1. How much cardio do you guys do when you are bulking?

and

2. should I take an ECW while bulking to avoid to much bf gain or would that be counter productive?

Hey bro,
How much do you want to gain and how fast do you want to gain it? If you want to add a little muscle and your a mesomorph do little cardio. Maybe 15 to 20 minutes at a light speed. If your "ecto" like me and have trouble gaining pounds don't take any fat burners and little or no cardio. Save that for after your bulking period. Eating every two hours seems to help keep a lot of the fat off of me and put some muscle on. Its keeps the body's furnace burning. It depends on your body stlye and if care about keeping a little extra fat on.

Im a pretty typical mesomorph, and if you're like me, I'd recommend taking an ECA for one or two days per week, and doing some mid paced cardio for about 25 mins on the days you take ECA. I find one day per week works well for me, and keeps teh fat in check..

If you're an ectomorph, then do no cardio, no ECA, and for that matter, I'd probably be using ProLab nLarge2 a few times a day to add a good amount of calories, fat and protein to your diet. This stuff is great for bulking up hardgainers. I even take it some nLarge sometimes when I bulk (for about three week out of each cycle), its good stuff!!!
 
Seems to me ECA's and Cardio is just going to make bulking all the more difficult and Time consuming. Of course your personal body type and chemistry will matter but in general I dont think its a good idea.

I agree with Jabs, save this for after your bulking phase when your cutting all your newly aquired Mass up.
