growin' New member Jan 22, 2002 #3 I alternate between those and a multi by sportpharma. I like Sportpharma's better, they seem to absorb better, but for the money you can't go wrong with Dual Tabs by Twin Labs. I get them at DPS, they're dirt cheap.
