Is there any tv dinner that is good for you? Or are they all bad for your health? :worried:

I heard that healthy choice is a good brand and is actually good for you. Is this true?

post up the nutritional breakdown/panel on it...

let us see what's in it.

Most likely no... but I do love those frozen chicken stuffed with brocolli every once in a while, loaded with sodium but my H20 intake is always high :)

With any frozen meals like those, you may be losing nutrional content and I always read HC was high in sodium .. but there are worse things that you can consume ... I ate those all the time back in the day ...there ARE better choices...

It's about your goals, lifestyle, convenience & preference ... :)

I eat a lot of Hungry Mans but they are sodium bombs.

tsk tsk tsk.. that's a no no mister. ;)

hot pockets are good but very very very very bad for you.

God, just read the ingredients :worried:

You're "getting" beef, potatoes, a veggie, a dessert ... the ingredient panel runs 20+ lines and you can't pronounce 3/4's of it.

If you can't pronounce it, you shouldn't be eating it. If it sounds like DuPont or Monsanto manufactured it, it does not need to be going into your body.

Not to mention the taste! Processed garbage. Stay away and cook your meals ahead of time so you know what you're putting into your body. The serving size is very small as well. Should keep you full for a good 15 minutes. :)
