I would go with testosterone only 500mg per week for ten weeks. please list an avg day diet for me. I'm guessing your bf is a little high so I would diet before the cycle and check your bp regularly
I eat breakfast 5 egg white sandwich at 5:30 am
2 hamburger patties home made half bun at 9:00am
1 chicken breast and a bake potato at 12:00pm
30 gram protein drink with little carbs at 4:00pm
1 1/2 hamburger patties half bun with mustard and ketchup
6:00pm
Another 30 protein drink before bed
