Tuna shakes?

How many of you guys drink tuna shakes? Tweakle turned me onto the idea, and though it sounds convenient, I'm having trouble wrapping my brain around it. I keep seeing Dan Akroyd in the Bass-0-Matic Saturday Night Live skit in which he drops whole fish into a blender and grinds them up before drinking them. lol

Still, I'm having a hard time getting down meat these days, and tuna shakes could be the answer. If I don't gag. Does anyone use meats besides tuna? Couldn't you just as well throw in chicken breasts or lean ground beef?

I gave up my blender for shaker cups years ago, but might have to invest in one. Help me out with opinions bros.

I'll usually make a tuna salad type mix with onions, peppers, hard boiled eggs, and some hemp seed oil. I mash it into a paste almost and wrap it in a low-cal. low-carb pita. I think it's 27.3x better than eating chunky tuna meat.

Do you just dump the tuna raw in a blender and drink up?

No, tweakle was good enough to provide me with a recipe that included a large red pepper, tomato, water, flax and olive oil. It almost sound enticing. Almost...

Sounds disgusting. But it could be good.

For tuna I usually but the Tuna Creations packs that are flavored already. Dont taste like fish. My favorites are Sweet and Spicy and Herb and Garlic. Made by Starkist.

Mike Matarazzo used to blend a couple of cans of tuna with a diet coke. Doesnt sound very appetizing to me...but at least worth a try.
