if u have the will to eat that fish out of the can do so, personally i get very sick just from the smell, but if u got the stomach for it, eat it. Mercury levels? Please, do you want to get big or do u want to be a little baby your entire life, eat the damn mercury.

you'd have to eat a hell of alot of tuna to be affected by mercury
