7am bagel w/ fat free cream cheese and coffee
10-11am 1-2 cups brown rice and 1-1.5 cans tuna (mixed w/ bbq sauce or salsa)
3-5pm see 10-11am
7-8pm two chick breasts or 2 cans tuna, veggies or salad, whole wheat pita.
something like that.. though i've been pigging out the past 4 days cuz i was on some sort of rebound shit from having not eating for the past year cuz of my meds then going off my meds.. long story.
i got pics from like 2 or 3 weeks ago.. maybe 4.. i dunno.. but i'm planning on gaining 10lbs of lean muscle over the next 12 weeks simply by upping my cals.. i'll take pics then or you can have the ones i took about a month ago.. queer
