I've gone through phases where all i eat for dinner is a tuna on wheat or crackers or even alone plain... Now it looks like i'll hold back a little. It's only wed and according to that calculator i've reached my limit for the week... WTF!
Tuna is such a easy lean source of protein and good too! One little can contains anywhere from 30-40g of protein! All great things have a bad side .
I use to eat tuna everyday untill I heard about the whole mercury issue. I still eat it often but not quite as often as before.
