I eat a lot of tuna because it's a cheap, convenient and easy low fat protein source but there are much better carb choices then ramen noodles.
Ramen noodles are basically just white flour. Wheat is very inflammatory in the body and there is pretty much zero nutritional value in ramen noodles.
Rather then ramen noodles, I would have the tuna with brown rice, oatmeal, sweet potato etc. Something like that.
If you mix 2 cans of tuna, 1 cooked sweet potato and 1-2 whole eggs in a bowl with some salt, you can make an awesome sort of 'mock' crab cake. Mash the ingredients together in a bowl and then fry them up in a pan.
