Trying to Raise Calorie Intake.

Right now I am working on getting a 3000 to 3500 calorie intake. My goal is to give my muscles food to grow with since I'm doing 5x5 routine. I can get in around 1800 calories in within the hour of my workout. Breakfast, a pre-lift snack then my PWO shake give me a total of 1800 calories.

My question is, what can I eat in the afternoon to get my calorie intake up? Veggies are too low in calories to do that and I eat chicken/turkey cutlets for my pre-work meal and my lunch meal at work. I have 3 more meals to get 1800 calories in. One meal is going to be around 200-300 calories (1 serving almonds plus Kashi Cereal Bar) and that leaves me with 900 calories to go. I'm barley able to eat rice, makes me want to puke because of the feeling of fullness it gives me if I eat more then half a serving.

Any suggestions?

try some pasta, either white or whole wheat. pasta will add alot of carbs in a fairly small serving and thus calories.
but you said you want to get some more muscle. you cannot do that with only 3000kcals per day. well i am assuming you want to bulk up right?

I'm bulking small first because my weights aren't high up yet. I'm learning ATF Squat Form before I add any more major calories too my diet.

That and saving money up, seems to get 3k a day to gotta spend around 50-60 a week.
