[FONT=&quot]any good excercises out there? i mean a good plyometric workout,, i got the weight lifting for legs down and i lift quite alot for my size, but dont know whata good and fast way to increase vertical jump poss before spring starts. [/FONT]

Not my area of expertise but I would think box jumps may help
 
I'm not posting workouts as I'm not coaching you, know nothing about you and so on. But yes basing a plyometric workout around box jumps would be good.
