Trying to get fast gains, what should i do?

Hi i'm new here and need some help. I'm 20 years old, 6ft, 200 pounds with 12% bodyfat and work out regularly. I'm pretty much stuck at this weight and want to gain about 10 or 15 more pounds of muscle. Plus what is the best workout routine to get bigger?
 
old man here. need more info.. sound like you have a great base for 20 with 12%. to get bigger(this is really making it sound simple) go heavy and add at least 600 cals to you diet a day. you need to read here and do a search for bulk diet if that is what you want. Just add more protein to what you are eating now and don't add any fat. that is real!!!!!!!!!basic!!!!!!! If you just want to get strong and fat, add sodium(salt ) to you diet and get stong, but not healthy
 
I agree, at 20, you should not have hit a hard plateau yet. How long have you been training for? You should have lots of your own 20yr old testosterone floating around! hahaha. Up your cals, up your workload and intensity and change your program around frequently. If you are really maxing out, I would suggest doing a good newbie cycle, perhaps a number of short cycles like the type that Nelson Montana has mentioned over the course of a year.

If you dont want to try that route, you could go with a simple 8 week cycle of test/eq/dbol. I would run the test at 250/wk, EQ at 200/wk, dbol at 30mgs/day for the first 4 weeks. You could also run some winny tabs or anavar for the remaining 4 weeks at 30 mgs/day for better results. A lot of people will say to up your doses of test to 500/wk, and EQ to 400/wk, but if this is your first cycle and you want to play it safe I would go with the first option. However you WILL gain more with the second option, and should be alright regarding sides, provided you do your homework and read up on protective measures and post-cycle treatment. Good luck.

Just get some test cyp, enanthate, or Sus if you can. Run it for 10 weeks at 250mgs-500mgs ew. Follow it up correctly with HCG and clomid............. I say this because this is an anabolic board. For diet and a good routine try a search Check said it pretty good also. Bump up the weight, I would try to add 1000 extra cals and make sure your getting enough protien.
 
Thanks guys. I want to do it naturally but are there any supplements that will help me get bigger faster other than steroids.
