since you got your 1st cycle up bro you gotta start a cycle log asapyeah ive been training seriously for like a year now and i just started my first cycle testosterone enanthate 300mg per week split into 2 shots and added turinabol for the first 6 weeks just to give things a lil boost for pct im planning nolvadex and clomid after the last test shot
diet wise i keep it clean and simple around 3000 cal a day high protein moderate carbs from oats rice and sweet potatoes fats from olive oil eggs and avocado breakfast eggs and oats lunch chicken rice and greens post workout whey + peanut butter or toast dinner salmon sweet potato before bed greek yogurt or cottage cheese
so far recovery is faster strength going up can feel the diff watching water retention and bloodwork test and turinabol really making a change but curious what else i could try next always careful and learning also looking for something to boost energy
