LOL, Fuck, You're making this difficult!!!! Thats 14 hours a day down!!!!!!.
You have to set a goal for body weight exercises. Few minutes here and there throughout the day.
Chair/counter dips - 200
Push-ups 100
Sitting or laying crunches - 200
Isometrics - 10-20 second holds (biceps, forearms, ect)
wall squats - down 30 seconds, up 20, repeat - 100
lunges - 50- 100
Pick your number for each. Try those if you like.
10 sets of 10, and 10 sets of 20 or 30 and write it down so you dont lose your spot on sets !!!!!!
Yea I know its difficult that's why I need the help!
I do try and do some of those work outs but thanks for those I'm always looking for new ones to do mine are to complacent!
I run controles all night high presure high tech stuff most of the night and can't just jump up and do that stuff whenever I want that's what makes it most frustating and difficult!
