You have to set a goal for body weight exercises. Few minutes here and there throughout the day.

Chair/counter dips - 200
Push-ups 100
Sitting or laying crunches - 200
Isometrics - 10-20 second holds (biceps, forearms, ect)
wall squats - down 30 seconds, up 20, repeat - 100
lunges - 50- 100

Pick your number for each. Try those if you like.
10 sets of 10, and 10 sets of 20 or 30 and write it down so you dont lose your spot on sets !!!!!!

Yea I know its difficult that's why I need the help!
I do try and do some of those work outs but thanks for those I'm always looking for new ones to do mine are to complacent!
I run controles all night high presure high tech stuff most of the night and can't just jump up and do that stuff whenever I want that's what makes it most frustating and difficult!
 
I know the feeling of wanting to snack man, but I found a saying, ' live with the pain of discipline, or live with the pain of regret' set your diet and stick to it!
 
Well man it kinda depends on your stats, but Dylan helped me with my diet to cut down and I went from 180lbs at 15% bf to 163-165lbs at 10-11% bf by going on a low carb diet, the only carbs I get is 1/2 a cup of oatmeal in the morning and the total of 15 grams from three protein shakes a day, besides that I'm eating egg whites chicken breast, fish, and green beans, and that about sums it up.
 
Oats and egg whites for breakfast, shake three hours later, chicken breast and green beans for lunch, shake three hours later, chicken breast and green beans pre workout, shake post workout, then two tilapia filets twice after that
 
Setup a workout area at home. Even just with bands do a crossfit p90x type a cardio strengty training. Snack on uncooked brocolli and peas etc should help cut the cravings.
 
Veggies I'd say yes. Fruit, I'd say NO.
LOTS of sugars in fruits. good sugars, but "as much as you want" is a broad term

In fact, a few recent studies are now drawing the conclusion that all sugar(s) are not created equal. Apparently there's scientific evidence that fructose is in fact recognized by the liver and is more readily laid down as bodyfat as opposed to other sugar molecules.
