well I just talked with my friend In cali and damn my LUCK any way he was telling me that a lot of BB now adays are taken 800mg of Ibuprofen before work out to reduce swelling from the muscle when working out to allow for more room to pump blood to the muscle> thus allowing for aq bigger and harder pump and tearing more red fiber tissue, Well this is news to me but since I have been out of the loop I will bring it to you Bros TRUE OR FALSE..??

EXACTLY! What your friend said just doesnt make sense. Your muscles are swelling because of the massive blood flow. You want the blood to flow hard and you want the swelling. I wouldnt start taking ibuprofen based on your friends theory.

Tell him to do his research lol. Ibuprofen has been linked to alota health issues at high lvl's including liver and kidney damage and it interferes with absortion of nutriant's.. there is also alta BB's that believe it iterfers with the breakdown of steroids within muscle.. take it as little as possable. Not worth the problems!
 
I wasnt going to to take it Just that i never heard of anything like that at all i told him that it didnt make sense But he Is a know it all But thats why the post I agree It would defeat the pump , but I do remember Back in the day guys would try al kinds of crap to help with there work out, One guy would get high smoke WEED before the work out Said he dont feel the pain as much thus bringing on muscle Failure when most quit at exhaustion I said he was full of shit so one day I tryed It He was right and the end of the work out it felt like I didnt do shit but the next morning I felt every bit of it And i might add that recovery on As is fast it took 2 extra days to heal So sometimes BB have there own set of rules and what works for them But what my buddy said is just off the wall, but i have been out of the loop for 2 years and who knows I have missed ALOT so I am playing catch up
