Sust 250 - 250mg 2 x week,12 weeks
Mast prop- 100mg eod 12 weeks
Tren ace - 100mg eod. 8 weeks
Adex - .5mg eod
Cabaser-.5mg 2xweek
hcg - 250iu 2xweek from start
N2guard - all thru
N2shampoo- using DHT wanna keep hair
pct
Week 13-18 - forma stanozol 5pumps 2xd 4weeks,3 2xd 2 weeks
13-16 - hcgen 3caps am,2 caps pm
13-16- Phytoserms 347 2caps/d
14-18 unleashed+post cycle 1cap of each 3xd
15-18 clomid 25mg/d
First shot yesterday,3ml shot,feels like i've been kicked in the butt today!

The every other day pinning of the tren an mast is goin to get old very quick. I have only ever pinned glutes and quads,think I'll have to try other sites.

Nearly one week in,energy levels seem up today,I woke up at 3am the last 2 nites,could it be tren sides already?
I am going to put in dbol for a the next 3 weeks while I wait for the sustanon to kick in.
On a side note,me and my training partner are starting to get comments directed at us about juicing at the gym we go to. Anybody else get this?

Yo moya,u are an inspiration to me glad u are subbed. Got into the powerliftin moves after followin ur transformation log,awesome!!! Yes it's my first tren cycle,because I'm using sust 250 with the mast prop and tren ace do u think it would be a good idea to throw in dbol for a kick start?I'm thinking of a lean bulker as apposed to an all out cutter,I added the mast because I got gyno once and used it as part of the cure and as tren is very anabolic and androgenic I thought it would cover all the bases,and of course everyone says tren is the real deal when it comes to aas
 
a little dbol should be fine... i tend to stay away from it myself, as it gives me pretty bad headaches and it dosnt give me more strength than any other oral, however if you like it, it works well for many... though if you are doing it JUST for a kickstart, i dont think its totally necessary because the short esters you're using should kick in very fast... i swear i feel tren within the first week, same with test p...
 
your cycle is eerily similar to the one I am almost done with.. aside from you are going a couple extra weeks.. mine is shorter.

you will enjoy it. I am fed up with the injections.. the prop esthers really hurt like hell for me.. I have more sensitivity to the BA than others .. you can go every 3 days with the injections.. but try to do EOD. if you lose a day its not the end of the world though.

and don't forget before and after pics. I am gonna follow your progress
 
I'm running almost the same exact cycle bro.

Sust 500mg/week Mast 150mg/eod Tren 100/mg eod. Going to throw in MHN after I drop the tren at week 6 or 7.

I'd be hesitant to use the dbol. My blood pressure is up a little from the tren. Guess you can always drop one if it gets too high though. And the tren kicks in so quick you won't really need to kickstart.
 
Day 8. Today the short esters tren and mast kicked in,delighted! Trained shoulders and abs,and all lifts were up. Felt really strong,and it must be only starting!! Can't wait to squat and leg press tomoro. I know u guys said I don't need it,but I'm adding 20mg dbol for a couple of weeks. Seem to be feeling hot today,not sure if that's a side. Im using the avatar pic as a before pic as it was taken 2 weeks ago,I'll take more in a month.
I will monitor bp with the oral.

You were rite about the short esters kickin in quick,I think I'm going to enjoy this cycle. I will be training legs later today,squats woohoo!
I am really paying close attention to getting enough protein and clean carbs to get the most out of the cycle.
 
Things r definitely happening now. Had a savage leg workout today,although I thought I'd screwed up by shooting tren and mast in left quad this morning,them shots r a pain. Got to the gym,one of the competitive power lifters was just about to start squats,so I joined in with him. Those guys insist u go ass to the floor. Did seven sets with him,and even tho I didn't break my pb,it's a whole different ballgame when u go below parallel. Went up to 330 like that. Then he got me doin walkouts with 440 goin down a couple of inches,then lower the rack safeties and go down another couple of inches. Got to about half squat position. Then went back to 330 full squat and it felt light!! Went on to leg press and did drop sets to failure,legs were burning,but I'm noticing recovery between sets is getting shorter. Getting more cramps,maybe higher workload. Did romanian deadlift for hams extensions and curls. Great workout. No headaches to report,I usually get one on leg day. Drinkin a ton of water and on N2guard every day,could be helping. Have to shoot the sust tomoro,I'll be tryin my first ever delt shot. Checked it out on spot injections. I'll let u know how it goes.
 
Rest day today. Did my first delt shot this morning, 1ml of sust,it was totally painless,used a 1 inch 25g pin.its a little awkward to push down the plunger,sure ill get used to it.Now I know if I did the tren or mast it probably would've hurt,but now I can do the twice weekly sust shots in the delts,and rotate glutes and quads for the eod tren and mast. Still thirsty most of the time,but actually slept better than normal last nite. I've read tren sides don't start til 2nd or 3rd week if they happen. I'll have to wait and see.
 
Day 12,noticed I was sweating a lot today,drank a lot of water too. I ran for half an hour fasted first thing this morning,it was difficult legs get bad pumps when u try to run on aas. Did chest in the gym,flat bench,reverse grip bench,decline bench,and incline flyes. Lifts were all up a few pounds,nothing dramatic yet,but what I'm noticing more like I said after Saturday's legs,is the recovery between sets. Did extra sets on all exercises,even after an hour I could've carried on. Really liking that. Still not getting headaches with the oral added,so I think I'm cool with that. Short ester shots still hurt like s**t,just have to man up and take it 
One more thing I've noticed today is my joints hurt,don't know if tren or mast is responsible,I'm thinking mast as winny is a DHT and it causes joint pain.
 
Yesterday good leg workout. Broke PR On leg press 572lb, felt good. Shot glute this morning and noticed when I mixed tren mast and sust in the same shot it was less painful? Morning cardio is getting harder,leg pumps make it difficult to run. Can't believe how much water I'm drinkin!!! Did arms this evening also can't believe how much I'm sweating,I was dripping all over the floor!!! Lol! I mite stop the dbol after only one week as even with adex and mast nips are starting to get sensitive,I think dbol is notorious for gyno. Being prone to gyno sucks big time,mite use small amount of forma as well,overkill? Just to add another possible side,I seem to be gettin a bit moody,all I need now is to start coughing PMSL
 
Dropped the dbol today,probably shouldn't have run it being gyno prone! I have a sneaking suspicion that the sust I have is bunk,I am changing over Monday to test e, I've been taking the sust for two weeks,and I feel I have no test in my system. The tren shuts u down quick,and i seem to have developed tren dick!!!! Will pick up test e from reliable guy on Monday. Lesson to be learned there,if something seems too be a too good to be true bargain,it probably is. Oh well live and learn. Weight is up 5lbs in 2 weeks,so that's cool. I'm eating most of my daily carbs pre and post workout,so I am seeing lean gains,veins are starting to become prominent and muscles look fuller. Strength is up but nothing spectacular yet,and I am doing more sets and reps. Can't wait to get some good test into the equation. I don't have insomnia as such,but last nite I woke up 3 times thirsty,will have to leave a bottle of water by the bed. Dead lifts tomoro 
 
Dead lifts today,and the tren strength really seemed to kick in today with focus and aggression broke my PR by 11lbs 462lbs,was stoked with that,hope this carries on now for the rest of the cycle

though the initial gain is the greatest (due to its effect on the CNS)... you should still be able to see some decent progress...

Thanx Moya,im lookin forward to squats on Tuesday,I've been stuck on 330 for months now,gonna get fired up,carbed up and N2KTS'd up,go in and nail 350 I have the belief now,in the zone!!!
 
Start of week 3. I think the sust only started to kick in now,as the largest part of it is the longest esters that's probably rite. Everything seems to be working well now,did chest this evening and broke my best flat bench by 10lbs,which only brings me to 250lbs,not my best exercise. I have decided to up my carb intake slightly,as I seem to be feeling stronger,I want the energy to do decent length workouts. I'm more into getting more size than getting really lean. With the combo I'm doing I can probably do a bit of both. I did a tren a delt shot tonite,shoulder has gone dead!!!
I'm really starting to like the cycle now. Seem to feel tired a lot,sweat a lot,drink a lot of water,but not feeling any thing extreme,apart from increasing strength and however hard the gym sessions I don't seem to get doms
 
Well brothers,I have to say this I FUCKIN LOVE TREN!!! went into do legs today and I beat my 1 rep max by 20lbs!!! And not only that I did three reps!!!! Unbelievable. When I said last Friday I would squat 350 I don't know if I really believed it let alone for reps. I also did 2 sets of walkouts with 440lbs,only went down and up about 6 inches with it felt heavy. Then did leg press,straight leg deadlift,leg curls and walking lunges with 50lb dumbbells. So within the space of 5 days I've set new PR's in deadlift,bench press and squat. Feels good. I posted at the weekend that I thought my sust was bunk,but lo and behold,I've started getting the all nite wood after two and a half weeks,I read that some fake sust actually contains test e,I'm thinking this may be a possibility. Upping carb intake has probably played a part in great workouts,but my strength has gone up considerably. I'm actually sleeping better so no trensomnia. Starting to get a few strange looks in the gym with pushing a lot more weight. The gyno flare up I got from the dbol seems to have calmed down after a few days of letro,so that's a relief. I have noticed myself being a bit short tempered,have to keep a rein on that. I'll keep u posted on gains and sides as they occur.

The sweating in the gym is unreal,and the thirst. I'm drinking about 4 times the amount of water and still thirsty. I have to leave a bottle of water next to the bed,even waking up thirsty in the night
 
tren strength is very real. just watch out for the pumps.. they got worse and worse starting weeks 4 and on. they crippled my workouts. i had really bad pumps in my arms .. felt like a beast, but when i would go heavy they would really make it hard

Even at two and a half weeks i am finding it difficult to run for half an hour In the am. The leg pumps are crazy. Anybody who thinks aas gives u an advantage with running has obviously never tried it
 
I thought I'd post up an average day so u get an idea of what I'm eating and stuff
5.15 wake up-
- 1 adderlin
- 1 ephedrine
- 1 scoop N2KTS
- 1 scoop whey protein
6.00- jog for half hour (4-5 times per week,not on squat or deads day)
7.00-breakfast 7 egg whites 1 yolk scrambled with mixed veg,1 large banana,N2guard
10.00-2 scoops whey protein hand full of mixed nuts
12.00- mixed salad chicken breast nuts apple,ephedrine,adderlin
15.00- tuna sandwich(1 tin,2-3 slices wholemeal)
16.00- ephedrine,adderlin,1 scoop N2KTS
16.30- gym 1 hour (5-6 days)
18.00-2 scoops whey protein,3 slices White bread
19.00- meat and veg
21.00-scoop of protein or tin tuna,glass milk

I'm not super strict with this,if I want a snack I will have a slice of low fat cheese and deli chicken, the odd scoop of ice cream. If I do an extra run and gym session on Saturday,I have homemade pizza with spinach and egg(my wife's special)and a few beers.
I want to add size this cycle so may up carbs a bit more,always paranoid about putting up fat,but may have to bite the bullet. I will do a full on bulking cycle over the winter.

Slept badly for second nite,keep waking up thirsty. I don't know if its just me but I seem to be having mad dreams all nite long! As long as voices don't start tellin me to kill people I'm ok lol.
Since upping carb intake this week I noticed this morning muscles are filling out,and I don't seem to be putting on any fat,so that's going to plan. Lunchtime back workout today,then I think I'll take my son to see the Green Lantern and chill out with popcorn

I thought the tren+mast shots would get easier,but quad is really sore this morning. Have to plan the shots so I don't have leg involved exercises around leg shots. Just Gettin ready to do cardio half hour,and will do extra gym session at lunchtime. I ordered extra cabaser from rx,got a letter yesterday from customs saying they seized them,thats the second time I've had that happen with meds coming from India. I'll have to go with different manufacturer.
 
Ok Saturday I did an extra cardio and extra gym session,but different. AM cardio as it was raining,I did 10x2 minute rounds with a 30 second rest in between,consisting of running up and down stairs with 10 push ups at the top after each 2,punching bag,skipping and kicking bag. Seriously makes u sweat. For PM gym session I picked one exercise per body part,and did an all body circuit,3 times round. Something completely different.
I am changing from the sust to test e,but I will take one shot of each for two weeks. I noticed yesterday when I mixed the tren and mast with test e in one 3ml shot it was virtually painless!!
Sunday I took the day off from exercise went to a barbecue with my wife and kids,ate a lot,but then I am trying to put up some weight. To be honest any sides ive noticed have not really bothered me,slightly disturbed sleep,sweating,thirsty all the time,extreme pumps,nothing I can't deal with.

I have to say the strength gains are great,I've still got another 5 weeks of tren,as long as I don't get any bad sides. Ur quads r lookin good in the profile pic,that's what heavy squats do for u 

Set another PR on bench 260lbs I'm fairly pleased,bench is by far the weakest of my big lifts. To add 20lbs in 3 weeks feels good
I'm thinking of decanting test e into a sterile vial from the amps,so I can mix in .75 ml with eod tren and mast shots. Or maybe up the test e to 750mg(3ml)/week,makes the shots so much easier

The only side that is in anyway annoying is the feeling tired all day,but it's not a problem at gym time,2 scoops of N2KTS sorts that right out!!

I shouldn't keep tryin PR's every week,but when u feel so strong it's hard not to. That's like 45lbs I've increased squat in 4 weeks crazy.

Anyway its just an oral nandrolone. CK here ran it and was happy with his results. I originally planned on running just the Test/Mast/MHN in my current cycle. May or may not use it at the end of this cycle. Pretty happy with my results on the Test/Tren/Mast so far with two weeks left of the tren and four on test and Mast.

Ive never experienced strength gains like it,it feels quite intense sometimes,u can feel really tired on it,then u get in the gym and get a serious buzz from the strength and really kill it. I think I've added a good bit of size too I'll post pictures in a couple of weeks

Again was really tired today,it's strange because it drops off u when u get in the gym. Also feeling a bit short tempered,sort of like a coiled spring. When I'm driving I'm like shouting at everyone,but on a serious note,when at home with the family u really have to make yourself to stay calm,even if someone is annoying u. If someone was naturally highly strung or aggressive I don't think tren would be a good idea. Or maybe it's
just me lol. It's seriously good in the gym tho,my training partner is on tren e and eq,and were like shouting at each other,intense

Gym lunchtime,on Saturday I now usually do lighter weight higher reps one exercise every body part,good workout. In the afternoon I played drums for 3 hours,I have a gig coming up and I don't play that much anymore,I nearly melted. Still sweating a lot and making sure I drink loads of water. Sitting down now with chicken and green veg about to watch the Haye v Klitschko fight,should be good

week 4, see current avatar - not sure how else to upload the pic from my pc. Happy Independence Day to all my american bro's :) broke bench pr today for 3rd time! Benched 265lbs. even after 4 weeks added some size and got somewhat leaner.

Thanx bro,I have just about 3 an a half weeks of tren ace to go then carry on test and mast for another 4 after that,so should be room for more improvement. It's a stack I'd definitely do again,the strength gain is a real buzz

For a change yesterday I did smith machine squats, was good didn't go super heavy,followed by leg press,stiff leg deads,was just starting walking lunges,when I got a sharp pain on the inside of my upper right thigh,pulled somethin. It's actually feeling better today.
I am in Paris for 9 days vacation,must be mad because I brought a weeks worth of gear in my checked in luggage,got away with it tho.
There's a really cool gym in Paris that I've been to before,I'll be getting on that tomoro,but today is my 15th wedding anniversary,so we are leaving kids with sister in law and going into the city for the day,romantic cruise down the seine with champagne. Aah such a softy

The gym just outside Paris is really good. 3 separate rooms of free weights and machines. There was some seriously big guys there,although the language barrier is a problem. Had a good workout. I mixed up my own andromix in a sterile vial to bring with me it makes the shots fairly painless. Not really noticing any sides now,apart from sweating a lot still
 
Rite I'm back!! 10 days in France. Probably wasn't a great idea taking a vacation during a cycle but it just works out that way. Still was able to get to the gym and some morning cardio. But the diet took a big hit,goddamm tasty French food and bakeries lol. Going to have to be super strict on diet now. Have 3 weeks of tren left,six of test and mast. Still never got any bad sides,worst one I got was excessive sweating,dripping all over the floor when training! The shots are fine now,after the first couple of weeks seemed to get used to it. Back into heavy lifting this week.
 
Resonably good leg workout today but not pushin the weights I was 2 weeks ago. Again I don't advise a vacation mid cycle,even if u continue training while there. I remember reading in a few threads that some bro's have felt depressed while on tren,I've felt strangely down for a few days. I think it has more to do with putting on bf while away. I still have plenty of time to turn it around,and the extra cals mite help me put on size. I was considering cruising on 250mg test e,from the end of this cycle at the end of September til a blast in January will get full bloods done. Anyone got any thoughts on this?

I have a question. When I started this cycle,as I had some pre existing gyno I used adex,cabaser,forma and of course the masteron. After 3 weeks got a flare up so added letro(purchase peptides) after another couple of weeks doesn't seem to have stopped it? Am I just unfortunate,and whatever ancillaries I take I will still get the flare ups? I'd be interested in ur opinions.

I ordered genuine femara to deal with gyno flare up I no longer trust liquid chems,even at double dose for 3 weeks no effect,the real thing is expensive,but not as pricey as surgery.

Ok I seem to be getting nothing but interruptions to the second half of this cycle!! Was called away for 5 days on a last minute training course with work,no training for 5 days! Got back into it yesterday with a light back workout nothing too heavy to ease back into it. As I'm tryin to stop the gyno flare up with letro,I'm probably not going to see much more gains out of it. Even if I don't it has still been mostly a very good experience with tren. Strength size and aggression,it's a serious compound. I'm still going to go all out for the last few weeks,see if I still can't kick some ass

I was delighted today,after all the interruptions and taking letro on cycle,out of nowhere today I broke my bench press PR! 286lbs. I thought I had finished PR's for this cycle,just shows what a bit of positive thinking can do even when ur pissed off about something.

I've done 7 weeks of tren,one more to go. There's been ups and downs with it I'll go over everything when I've finished. All I will say is it's serious shit and it can mess with ur head, but for the strength gains alone it's worth it.
I'm up around 12 pounds since the beginning,and considering I was not eating for bulking,it's quite surprising( I wasn't exactly cutting either,and I must have got a surplus of calories. It's quite lean gain so it's all good.
Still feeling tired a lot and the sweating carried on,I'll see if it stops with the tren.

Nothing special to report today, I will actually be doing the last shot of tren on Sunday
The jogging in the morning is laughably difficult now with the leg and lower back pumps. Even my shoulders were pumped! Must look hilarious.
I am playing drums with a band on the local main street tonite,a local music festival,it'll be interesting to see what sort of arm pumps I get ;-)
 
Last shot of tren yesterday. I really liked tren,the sides were noticeable but not over the top.
I seemed to be hot all the time
I sweated a lot
Shots started off painful but improved
Had to keep a close eye on my temper
Got strange depressions occasionally,would last a day or so
Was tired a lot
Pumps when trying to jog,or train in the gym were really bad,sometimes just had to stop
I don't sleep great anyway,so waking up a lot was normal.
The gyno flare up I think was due to starting with dbol. It wasn't in the original plan and I should've steered clear,won't make that mistake again. It has calmed down again now.
None of these really interfered with life or training much,when I got a bit snappy my wife would poin it out(she knew what I was on) and u take a deep breath and calm down

Strength was unbelievable,lifted a lot of PR's

I have another 3-4 weeks on test e and mast,I think I will cut now for the remainder of the cycle.

Then did 2 sets of walkouts only going down 6" with 462lbs
Then tried one rep at 396lbs failed
Went back down to 308lbs and did 2 sets of ten
Went on to 3 sets of leg press
3 sets of stiff leg dead lifts
Tren A must be leaving my system now,mood has lifted. Now I have to try to keep up the weights

Your making great progress! The Tren is going to continue giving you increased strengh especially if you bump it up half way through your cycle however just be aware of the sides! Good log buddy

Start of second week après tren. Of course I'm still on test e and mast,so strength hasn't dropped off. Had a decent enough back workout today,but left out dead lifts,as I'm going to give them a workout all of their own this week and have one more big effort and see if I can get nearer to 500lbs,that would be awesome.
 
Had good workouts this week especially legs loving squats at the minute,strength is still up there. Still Havn't decided whether to go on trt dose of test between now and next blast in jan. I'm leaning towards doing it and then see what bloods reveal after 5-6 weeks on it.
 
Absolutely delighted today. 2 weeks off tren (still on test and mast) on letro for gyno,you would think the cycle was over,but just broke my dead lift PR again,by 11lbs :-D up to 473lbs now. Happy days
 
As of this week I'm going on a cruise dose of 250mg test e/week split into 2 doses Sunday and wednesday. Seems like I'm starting to get some improvement in the gyno department,I would recommend anyone who gets estro gyno to invest in genuine femara,i have been on 1.25mg/d for just over a week will continue on and see what happens. I'm going to start Osta Sarms next week to see if I can keep up the strength gains. In about 4-5 weeks I'll get bloods done and post up results.
 
2 things happened at the gym today,1 good and 1 bad.
The good thing was that I broke my squat PR again!!! I've set so many PR's on this cycle that even tho I got the gyno flare up I'd do it again!! We work in kg in Ireland,I put 4 20kg plates on each side 180kg and did 2. I just converted it to lbs and it is 396lbs if I had of known how close I was to 400lbs I would have put it up a few lbs.
The bad thing was I took off my shoes to squat,I stood on a wasp which proceeded to sting me in the sole of my foot ouch!! I think that's how I broke the PR. I was pretty pissed off.
 
Ok I'm finishing the log. I'm running a cruise dose of test e now until January 250mg/w in two shots. With this I will run hcg 500iu/w. In jan will go with test eq tren. I enjoyed the cycle(apart from the gyno flare up) strength gains were unreal,the sides were bearable with the tren,although 8 weeks on tren is enough for me. I'm up 10 lbs since the start which is ok by me. When I get my bloods done I will post it up,I will be interested to see where my test and estro are,I want to keep test in the high normal range so I mite have to play with the dose a bit.
