TRT and Severe Body Acne? Please Help

Hi guys I have a question. I've searched around the forums and tried to find solutions to severe acne that I've been getting on my arms while being on TRT. I have tried taking 3 showers daily, benzoyl peroxide and even using head and shoulders on my arms without any remedy. I was on 200mg of Testosterone but reduced it to 150mg a few months back to see if it would help but did not have any changes in the results. My estradiol levels are in check and I am currently using 1/2 tablet of Anastrozole the day after my pin. I am currently pinning E3Days. It's gotten so bad that I can't even take off my shirt in public and if anybody pats me on my arms it's painful. I've currently been on TRT for 6 months and I know this protocol is for life so I'm worried about these side effects. I feel good on TRT and would like to continue but the acne has really bummed me out. Can anybody offer any type of advice to help? I would really greatly appreciate any help or advice. Thanks

Mine got so bad that I ended up going on accutane 20mg a day. Stuff can be harsh but it did the trick with very few sides at that dose.

Accutane salt name Isotretinoin is your friend.i have had the wrost and the scars my godness.Trust me i can feel you.
Go grab some tabs of it try it with the lower dose of 10mg and up the dose to 20 next week.benzole paroxide is good only uses under 5mg else it burn the skin around and make it more worse.drink a ton of water and consult with your doc.
Have a safe recovery

I just posted this on another forum but will copy and paste it for you as it may include some useful info. Obviously you are on TRT so a bit different but the tips will help a lot. Have you cycled aas before meaning above TRT? Or do you just do TRT? It could simply be the androgenic nature of test doing it. Perhaps it is stress or your diet. Anyway here is the post (try vit b5)...

In a general sense when using aas you can get androgenic or estrogenic related acne. Obviously the compounds you choose are important. But it is usually fluctuations in hormones that cause acne so that's why it is common at the start or end of a cycle. Most experienced guys I know who suffer from acne tend to get it when they come off (or their gear is fake).

I would try to control aromatization on cycle with an AI (not too high a dose of AI though). I would drink lots of water and eat a nutritious balanced diet full of vegetables, greens, good fats, vitamins and minerals. I would avoid high sugar and milk. Obviously wash morning and night and use scrubs when needed. Some light tanning would be good too.

Supplement wise you want a multi vitamin and a good fish oil. The best thing would be vitamin b5. If your acne is really bad I would use 5g vitb5 morning and night (10g total). Lower to 2.5g morning and night (5g total) and when it is cleared a maintenance dose of approx. 1-2g per day would be good.
For severe cases Accutane (isotretinoin) could be a life changer. This is very strong medication so research lots before trying it. Everyone responds differently to it. I would start at 20mg per day and stay there for a few months. If you need to up then do so but only to 40mg. Acne should worsen the first few weeks but eventually even the most severe cases should disappear if you run it for 6 months plus. Again research this before buying and use with caution. It will make your skin very sensitive to sunlight so winter months would be best. It should dry out lips and possibly eyes too. Everyone has a different response and some are bad whilst others feel fine and get amazing results. It is very toxic too so keep the dose low.
