Trt and high red blood cell count

Doc is taking me off my trt for 30 days until I get my red blood cell count down, wants me to donate blood to help with this, is this normal

If your RBC is high, donations are normal. I've not heard of being pulled off of TRT for it before though, although if your RBC is dangerously high it makes sense.

your doctor put you on a wrong dosage in the first place, if you weren't using too much you wouldn't need to do this

the problem i see is docs put EVERYONE on the same fucking dosage, when we are all different. that is why bloodwork is crucial

they only let you donate every 6-8 weeks depending on what type of blood donation you do
