Trouble on Bench Press

Lately I've been havin trouble puttin up nice reps on bench press. I'm not sure what it is, I haven't changed my routine or diet. I just don't have the same power everytime I do it. I can put up the first few reps but my endurance has reduced lately, and I dont know why. Should I take a couple days off workin triceps? Anything I can do to increase endurace?
 
What kind of change are you talking about, exactly? Do you put up the same amount of weight, for the same reps, and not just feel as powerful doing it? Or are your weight/rep amounts actually going down?

Do you bench to isolate your chest, or like a powerlifter?

Where are you feeling weak? Off the chest or lockout?

Do you really live in Alaska? Do you ever feel season effective disorder from lack of light?
