triscuts..Yes or NO?

Post the ingrediants list and I'll answer. I bet they have trans fats in them and/or high fructose corn syrup.

its the transfat.......

I'm just not understanding where the assumption that triscuits have transfat even originated...

I would say that they are a healthy alternative to potato chips, cookies, etc..but I would still avoid them. They are made with whole grains and have 0g of transfat, so they obviously won't be the death of you if you need somethin to snack on..

maybe it was wheat thins?? Anyways, they are average at best in my book....much much better choices ouit there.....

SOYBEAN OIL, MALTODEXTRIN, SALT, MONOGLYCERIDES, ROSEMARY, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE (FLAVOR ENHANCER),

Enriched Flour (wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate [vitamin B1], Riboflavin [vitamin B2], Folic Acid), Soybean Oil, Defatted Wheat Germ, Sugar, Cornstarch, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Salt, Corn Syrup, Monoglycerides, Malt Syrup, Leavening (calcium Phosphate, Baking Soda), Artificial Color (annatto Extract, Turmeric Oleoresin).

Opinions on them as a complex carb?

..Hmmm... if you're saying you want to eat them instead of Potatos and brown rice. HELL NO, lol.

If you're going to eat them once in a while, why not?

If you want to be 6% bf... Ya can't eat 'em, lol.

Depends on your goals... I know it's the diet forum, but people still have varying goals when it comes down to specifics.
