Speaking as a natural trainer, i know this field is filled with a lot of people who have a real "not without juice..." mentality. Its great to see that somebody got to the point that they didnt think was possible. Just through determination.
Its inspiring, and prove that anything really is possible.

I havent read the post...dont intend to...aint gonna talk about his training - hes the man and knows it.

I have broken bread with him...he is the most down to earth, genuinely nicest man I have ever met.

b-fold is a true inspiration to me......even when he has to leave us, i will still remember the the awesome things he has accomplished. He has driven us all!!!!!
