I tried it out a while back. I noticed an increase in 'morning wood' from it, but honestly didn't see any affect on strength or size.

i think it helps with getting an erection. as far as increasing testosterone, i have my doubts!

People usually tend to use Tribulus (Tribex 500, Tribestan) when coming off of a cycle of pro-hormones. It's seems that Tribulus can't realy increase your testosterone over your natural levels. It serves it's purpose to basically jump start your bodies natural test productions after it's been supressed by PH's by causing your body to release more Leutinizing Hormone (LH) which jump-starts your nuts.

So unless your natural test levels are suppressed it's not gonna do all that much for you.

search the supplement board for 'tribulus' and serum testosterone - for a good post

Make your own!! Go to www.beyond-a-century.com and pick up their Avena Sativa and tribulus. They are both more potent than biotests products. Pick up some 00 caps and make your own caps. It will last 4 times as long as a botlle of tribex 500 at 1/2 the cost!!
