Trib / Avena Question

I recently purchased Tribulus Extract 50:1 and Avena Sativa 20:1 from BAC. They gave very little info on the bottles except to take the Avena with meals. They didn`t say when or with what to take the trib. Can anyone share their knowledge or input on trib and avena regarding how much, best time to take and whether with or without food unless it doesn`t matter.

Ive taken avena on an empmty stomach at 2500mgs with no problem.....tribe at 750mgs......I dont know if that dosage for tribe is optimum...I do know that 2500 for avena is correct......Ive used MACA @ 900mgs with the avena and thats a great combo....
