Hey Guys,
First of all let me say thanks for having me on this board, previously ive used it for info in regards to cycling but now that Ive got a couple under my belt, i decided it's time to meet the community face to face (as close as it gets).

Anyway Stats
6ft 5, 242lbs, 11/12%bf.

Previous Cycles
test e only 500mg p/week (ran this cycle twice) with proper Ancillary and PCT :)

Current Cycle (kicked it up a good notch)
Week 1 - 4 Test E 500mg (split mon/thurs)
Week 1 - 4 40mg dBol ED
Week 5 - 12 Test E 250mg (split mon/thurs)
Week 5 - 12 Tren Ace .5mL ED

(All the way through) (started caber with tren obviously)
Caber @ half tab 2x week
Aromasin @ 12.5mg EOD

Week 14-18
Clomid (300)100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Okay?

So my question is, my goal is to get to 8% before summer Ive never been this lean before but im feeling pretty confident in getting there Ive got the mass to rep it finally and want to see how i look with abs :) as we all do

I'm currently eating at maintenance i dropped low fats (>40g per day), 400-450g protein a day and filled in the rest with clean carbs. (can post my daily diet is you need)

Is the whole recomping effect of tren powerful enough for me to cut down 3-4% bodyfat whilst possibly adding new mass as well (i understand this would also lower bf%) I have read that as long as estrogen is low enough then only dietary fat can be turned to body fat which is why Ive lowered it. and higher carbs/protein will either be used for anabolic purpose or burnt off as heat energy.

My 1st suggestion is keeping the TEST dosage at 500mg the entire cycle.
 
I like the drop in the test when your on tren good call! It'll help lower the sides since tren dosen't convert. Your pct needs help stick with the clomid and nolva but you need HCG to kick start your pct. run it the two week break before pct. Around 500iu every 4th day.

I'd run something like this in my PCT

Clomid 50/50/25/25
Unleashed/post cycle ~ n2bm
Forma stanzanol ~ mrsupss
DAA ~ mrsupss


Also check out HCGenerate it's a great product to help you roll into PCT. N2bm has it good stuff! Hope this helps bro.
 
That clomid dosages are extreme, bro. You done that before? You a living wreck in the first place, or what is it? Some take it, some doesnt, sorry.

50/50/40/40/25/25 of clomid some even preach 25mg for 4 weeks is sufficient. A few, even does without, but its a good idea to use it if you dont really know how you'd react. I for one did without, but i did test/mast a few years ago. Was a little foolish. I bought some nolvadex, said to eliminate gyno if you get itchy nips, or if not, i was to use it as pct, but i didnt anyways.

Your tren dosage is .5 ml of what? 100mg..?


I used HCG - that which you should use for end 2 weeks of cycle and 2 weeks into pct or Hcgenerate ES is a good second option.
 
bro .5ml doesn't tell us anything if we don't know the mg/ml... im just going to assume its 50 mg ed and that's good on the dose... the test dose drop is excellent as well... you need protection while running dbol and really should with tren as well... n2guard will have you covered in that aspect... you need to be running hcgenerate ES on this cycle week 5-12 and then blast hcg right before pct at 1000 ius week... i would not recommend running nolva with a nandrolone... your clomid dose is way too high... your pct is very incomplete, especially on a tren cycle...

Hey guys thanks for all the advice, yes its 100mg/mL so therefor i am running 50mg a day/ 350mg per week. I forgot to mention when i ran dbol i did run Cycle Support which has all the liver/blood pressure ingredients in there at good doses, stuff tastes disgusting just putting that out there but i felt fine.

Back to my original question, will eating low fats (<30g a day), moderate carbs (bout 280-350g) and high protein 450g a day allow me to recomp down to 8% bodyfat on this cycle? I have read and seen videos about how tren blocks the conversion of protein and carbs to bodyfat, therefor if dietary fat is kept low then no bodyfat can be added. I am eating at maintenance all clean calories, no cheat days as of yet havent felt the need at maintenance, training solid 6 days a week! I think i will try this out for 4 weeks and if im not happy with how fast im leaning out i will add cardio and drop some of the carbs. just wanted some opinions. as of yet sides are minimal and touch wood havent had the dreaded cough yet!
