1. If you dont eat 4 hours before sleep, then sleep 8 more hours, thats 12 hrs of fasting where your muscles are not being fed.
2. On top of this you say u workout at night. A solid post workout shake AND meal are the two most important meals of the day. If you do not eat anything after you train you are at high risk for muscle breakdown and in a very catabolic state even while on AAS. U need to eat at night, bottom line.
