Wanted to share this log for anyone interested in following along. This is my 1st time logging a cycle so feel free to critique and chime in with any advice or feedback.

Stats - 39 YRO, 6’2, 220 lbs

Cycle - Start Monday March 7

Dosage

3/7 - 50mg Tren,

Trouble falling asleep, interrupted sleep pattern

appetize decrease, slept ok, no dreams, woke several times

Woke up w/ heartburn and had it all day (ate chorizo night before?) cardio was rough, slight increase in strength (no added weight, but sets felt somewhat lighter/easier)

Week In Review - The delay in the Test P dosing at the beginning was bc of TRT. I’d taken Test Cyp injection 3 days prior to the start of this cycle so I decided to push the first Test Prop dose back. Ab workouts and cardio are not noted above, but are incorporated every day that I workout. Cardio usually ranges from 15-20 minutes of incline treadmill, stationary bike, stair climber or a combination of those. Strength training duration ranges from 45-75 minutes. Overall it was a good first week, other than the day I had heartburn and difficulty with sleep. Have not experienced Tren cough or night sweats to this point. No huge strength gains thus far, but sets have been a little easier. Cardio suffered one day, but I wasn’t feeling 100% that day anyway.

Week 2

3/14 - 50mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Good night of sleep, woke up feeling refreshed. Appetite has been low to medium since cycle started. Slight increase in aggression, but not feeling edgy. Feeling very confident. Noticed a small knot with a little PIP from yesterday’s injection. Strength up….felt like I was throwing weight around in the gym today.
*Back Day - seated cable rows, seated wide grip pull downs, hammer strength pull downs, back extensions, pullups, face pulls, seated single arm cable row, reverse cable flys, shoulder shrugs, abs. 15 minutes cardio on stationary bike level 10.

3/15 - 50mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Woke up several times throughout the night (kids), but slept ok. Sluggish start to the day. PIP from yesterday is gone. Heartburn. After grogginess from the morning wore off I started to feel energized and motivated. Triceps and shoulders really starting to stand out and cut up.
*Leg Day - Deadlift, Squat, seated leg press + calf raises, Lunges, hip abduction, hip adduction, sumo squat, Leg curl

3/16 - 50/50 Tren A, Test Prop
Little bit of night sweats, somewhat sluggish in the gym but powered thru, sets felt lighter than usual today so I was able to bang out a few more reps than normal. Appetite low. Looking leaner especially noticeable in the face. Weighed in at 212lbs today so I’m down 8 lbs so far.
*Biceps/triceps and Shoulders - Preacher curls, shoulder press, tricep rope extensions, hammer curls, skull crushers, lateral raises, wide grip cable curls, tricep kickbacks, 20 minutes treadmill

3/17 - 50mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Good night sleep, no night sweats, woke up feeling fresh, muscles tight/pumped. No issues with tren cough yet. Appetite increase. Strength up/Endurance down, longer rest needed between sets today. several people have noticed changes in my physique.
*Chest - Flat Bench, Cable Flys, incline barbell press, dips, together grip landmine press, cable chest pull down, pec deck, hammer strength incline chest press, parallel bar smith machine press, abs, 10 min stationary bike, 5 minutes treadmill

3/18 - 50mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Rough night sleep (kid). Strength way up today, breezed thru sets w/ increased weight. Extra time required between sets again today. Felt more edgy/agitated yesterday, but it’s did not cause me to blow up or have any outbursts. Feeling less irritated today.
*Back, Legs, Forearms - Deadlift, forearm curls, cable reverse fly, Landmine straddle forearm curl, hammer strength row, lunges, lateral pull down, seated leg press/calf raises, abs, 20 min treadmill



3/19 - 50/50 Tren A, Test Prop
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Hard to resist the urge to train, but taking time for recovery. Looking lean, stomach noticeably flatter and abs more defined. Best night sleep since start of cycle.

3/20 - 50mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Good sleep w/ vivid dreams. Jeans fitting different (looser in waist and quads). woke up with calf muscle very tight almost like it’s being flexed (lasted about an hr). Appetite still lighter than it was before cycle started. Face looking slimmer. Accidentally took my 7 N2G on empty stomach so stomach was uneasy (ate food and felt better immediately).
*Rest day

Notes for the week:
Sides have been minimal so far. Have not experienced any tren cough yet. Night sweats have been minimal (I keep my room very cold while sleeping so that probably helps). No acne, but I am using the tanning bed which is probably helping. Have only had small bouts of frustration/anger, but it has been easy to control and stay calm so far. Endurance has suffered a little bit (feel tired more quickly and need longer rest between sets). My goals were to slim down and cut up and the progress has been amazing. Very happy with the results of the cycle thus far.

Week 3

3/21 - 50mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Feeling refreshed from the 2 days of rest. Great night sleep. Looking forward my workout today. Very energetic today. Mood is very good. Feeling very positive today and strong physically.
*Chest workout - flat bench, dumbbell incline, chest fly w/ pec deck, landmine chest press, smith machine parallel bar chest press, hammer strength incline press, straight bar cable pull downs, dips

3/22 - 50/50 Tren A, Test Prop
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Another good night sleep. Fortunately I have slept rather well so far this cycle and have not had to deal with trensomnia. Had some major muscle pumps this morning in my calf and bicep. Plan to up my water intake to hopefully combat these muscle pumps going forward. Body has leaned out a lot in these first 2 weeks. Clothes that usually fit are too big on me now.
*Back Day - seated cable rows, seated wide grip pull downs, hammer strength pull downs, back extensions, pullups, face pulls, seated single arm cable row, reverse cable flys, shoulder shrugs, abs.

3/23 - 50mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Good night sleep with vivid dreams, but woke up a little sweaty. Feeling strong and motivated. No muscle pumps today so far (increased water intake.) Endurance in gym was better today than it has been throughout cycle. This 3rd week I’ve really started to get that ALPHA feeling. Appetite low. Libido is very high.
*Leg Day - Squats, Lunges, Leg Press, Calf Raises, hip adductor, hip abductor, sumo squats, abs, treadmill 15 minutes

3/24 - Tren A 50mg
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Had heartburn most of the day. Energy is drained from busy work schedule and weekly grind. Water intake was not what it needed to be so I had some muscle pumps in my forearms and biceps. Legs are sore from yesterday’s workout.
*Rest Day


3/25 - 50/50mg Tren A, Test Prop
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Slept good (10 hrs). No night sweats. Heartburn gone. Feeling rested and refreshed from the down time yesterday. Muscles looking full and defined. Small knot with a little PIP from the injection today. Endurance up in the gym. Energy level high. Appetite today seems closer to what it was pre cycle.
*Chest - Closed grip landmine chest press, cable chest pull over, cable chest crossover, dumbbell chest press, smith machine parallel bar press, hammer strength incline chest press, hammer strength flat press, dips, pec deck, push ups, abs

3/26 - 50mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Knot and PIP from yesterday gone. Good energy/vibe today. Focusing on hydration today and muscle pumps/cramps have not been an issue (seems to coincide with lack of fluid intake). Increase in aggression, but it’s not an angry type of aggression.
*Shoulders/Forearms - forearm curls, shoulder press, shoulder front raises, lateral raises, landmine straddle forearm wrist curl, forearm wrist extensions

3/27 - 50mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Libido crazy high, even had wild sexual dreams last night. plan today is to take the day off for rest to recuperate. energy level high, mood good. No muscle pumps today. Quads and legs looking very muscular. Forearms, biceps and chest are also looking more defined. Having heartburn again today.
*Rest Day

Week Review : Really liking this Dragon Pharma brand from Napsgear. The consistency of the liquid is fairly thin and very smooth. I’ve had very little PIP which is good considering I’m doing daily injections. Still have not experienced any Tren cough. No issue with any acne thus far. The main issue I’ve had has been heartburn. Sleep cycle had been good for the most part with very little night sweats. Very happy with the results so far. Body is looking lean and muscular.

Glad you guys are enjoying the log. I’m afraid to push the tren high like some have suggested. Feel more comfortable with the dosage I’m currently taking. And yes I’m experiencing a few sides from the cycle mainly heartburn and a decrease in endurance. On TRT so no PCT, plan is to resume 150mg Testosterone dosage per week once cycle is complete.

Week 4

3/28 - 50/50mg Tren A, Test Prop
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Small knot with some PIP from injection (seems to happen don days that I mix test prop with the tren ace). New personal best on bench press today (275 x 3) so strength is noticeably up. Appetite has recovered some since the start of the cycle now it’s closer to what it was before starting the cycle.
*Chest - flat bench press, dumbbell incline press, pec deck, cable flys, cable chest pull downs, landmine together grip press, hammer strength press, abs

3/29 - 50mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Sleep has continued to be pretty good throughout this cycle. Energy and mood good. Knot with PIP still there with more soreness today. Weight has been steady at 210 lbs lately.
Back - single arm cable row, closed grip cable pull down, hammer strength lateral pull downs, reverse cable flys, back extension, face pulls, shrugs, squats, dips, abs

3/30 - 70mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Decided to up the dosage to 70mg a day and see how I respond because sides have been minimal so far. Feel strong today. Highly motivated to get things done. Libido high. PIP from the other day gone. Friend from the gym told me today that I’m looking swole. Traps and chest are looking bigger and better than ever before IMO.
*Legs - Leg press, calf raises, deadlift, lunges, hip abductor, hip adductor, sumo squats, abs

3/31 - 70/70 Tren A, Test P
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Sleep was interrupted several times bc of excruciating stomach pain (believe I have a stomach bug). Don’t feel like it’s related to the cycle, but open to the idea that it could be. Taking it light today in the gym bc I lost a lot of fluid overnight. Other than the stomach issue, which is much better today I feel great. Good energy and vibes today. Eating very bland and light to avoid more stomach pain.
*Forearms/shoulders - landmine straddle forearm curl, shoulder press, lateral shoulder raises, cable forearm extensions, front raises, hammer strength shoulder press, abs, 18 minutes treadmill

4/1 - 70mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Stomach issue resolved. Mostly planning a cardio day, but gonna mix in some arms, etc. No Tren cough still and no body acne (maybe bc tanning bed??). PIP again from yesterday, which coincides with days I inject the test prop. Highly motivated today and feeling great.
*Arms, etc - Back extensions, preacher curls, kickbacks, cable bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, cable tricep rope, dumbbell curls, dumbbell tricep extensions, abs, 20 minutes treadmill, 5 minutes row machine

4/2 - 70mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7N2G
Had my first bout w/ Tren cough today. I’d almost forgotten how brutal it was. Strong in gym. High level of energy. The tren cough was so brutal today that it left a lingering burning sensation in my airway which sucks. The definition in my muscle is really starting to stand out. Very happy with the fact that I’ve stayed lean bc I have no intentions of looking bulky. PIP from yesterday is gone. Seems to last about a day whenever I mix in the Test Prop.
*Chest - flat bench press, chest cable pull downs, cable crossovers, incline dumbbell press, parallel to bar smith machine press, dips, push ups, dumbbell chest flys, pec deck

4/3 - 70/70mg Tren A, Test Prop
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Overdue for a recovery day so taking the day off from the gym. No Tren cough today and my airway feels better after yesterday’s coughing fit. Calves and biceps were cramping when I first woke up, but the more I get up, move around and stretch the better the muscles feel. Feeling strong, but I have not seen any sudden or drastic changes in the amount of weight that I’m lifting. Libido continues to be very high.

Week 5

4/4 - 70mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Feeling rested after taking a much needed day off yesterday. Light cramp in my calf muscles when I woke up, but a quick stretch helped resolve the issue. Migraine headache midday, but pushed thru it and made it to the gym after work (unfortunately I’m probe to migraines) so I don’t feel like it was from the cycle. Got lightheaded from intense workout and puked, which relieved the migraine (usually always feel better after I throw up).
*Leg Day - Seated leg press, sumo squats, lunges, hip abductor, hip adductor, calf raises, deadlift, 10 minutes treadmill, 10 minutes stationary bike

4/5 - 70mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Started the day with a small headache (leftover from yesterday). Felt better by afternoon. Good energy and strength. Appetite normal. Felt a little bit irritable today. No muscle cramps today. Appetite normal.
*Back - dumbbell pullover, cable lat pull down, pull-ups, Seated cable row, hammer strength pull down, hammer strength row, reverse cable fly, back extension, shrugs

4/6 - 70/70mg Tren A, Test Prop
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Woke up feeling great. Good night sleep. Some light night sweats, but nothing major. Endurance and energy high today. Have an overall sense of well being today. Donated blood today after my workout.
*Shoulders/Forearms - Hammer strength shoulder press, reverse curls, landmine straddle forearm curls, shoulder front raises, cable forearm extensions, shoulder lateral side raises, upright row, abs, 12 minutes stationary bike

4/7 - 70mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Good sleep vivid dreams. Woke up with some stomach pain and heartburn. Heartburn seemed to go away once I was standing upright and moving around. Motivated and have a good amount of energy. Libido very high. I’ve not experienced Tren cough since the one time last week. Needed extra time between sets at the gym so endurance was down some today (may still be recovering from yesterday’s blood donation). Appetite is low to medium.
*Chest - Flat bench press, cable flys (high and low), hammer strength press, landmine incline press, dips, incline dumbbell press, dips, cable chest pull downs,hammer strength incline press, smith machine parallel bar chest press, abs, treadmill 15 minutes.

4/8 - 70mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Feeling good today. Slept ok even tho I woke up several times throughout the night. Gonna try a non typical mixed workout routine today. Appetite is low to medium. Libido up. In a committed relationship otherwise id be after every hot chic in sight. Good mood, energy and vibe today. No heartburn or stomach issues today. Endurance was up a little bit today. No PIP or Tren cough lately.
*Arms/Legs - Preacher curls, tricep rope extensions, seated leg press, calf raises, dumbbell curls, lunges, skull crushers, 15 minutes treadmill

4/9 - 70mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Taking the day off from the gym for my sons birthday party. Gonna be a cheat meal day kind of bc of the party (1 piece of pizza and a small slice of cake). Party was at the trampoline park, ended up jumping with the kids for an hr and a half. Felt good overall today. Plan to lay around and recover for the rest of the evening.

4/10 - 70mg Tren A, 70mg Test Prop
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Cardio only day - 30 min treadmill, 10 minutes stationary bike. Felt tired today with low energy and little motivation. Took another day off from weight training because I felt like I needed the rest. Cycle still going well. These last 2 days my diet hasn’t been as clean as usual and I’ve been pretty tired from pushing so hard at work, dealing with family and working out. Looking forward to cleaning up the diet and hitting the gym hard again starting tomorrow. Had a bout of Tren cough today, but it was not as severe as before.

Week 6

4/11 - 70mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Slept good, but woke up with a small headache. Headache subsided once I ate breakfast. Taking yesterday off from weight training turned out to be a good idea because I felt refreshed and strong in the gym today. My energy level and endurance is normal/above average.
*Chest - Flat Bench Press, cable flys (low and high), incline dumbbell press, chest pull downs, hammer strength incline press, dips, hands together grip landmine press, hammer strength press, smith machine parallel to bar chest press, abs, 15 minutes treadmill

4/12 - 70mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7 N2G
Libido way up. Had some heartburn throughout the day into the night. Worked out in the morning, but went back in the evening with my girlfriend to help her out some and do some light work (mostly cardio). Felt strong in my early workout and was lifting heavier weight than usual.
*Back - Cable Lat pull downs, seated cable rows, face pulls, hammer strength lat pull downs, hammer strength seated row, shrugs, back extensions, reverse flys, pull ups, abs, 40 minutes treadmill

4/13 - 70mg Tren A, 70mg Test Prop
20mg GW, 7N2G
Weighed in at 215 today. Slept was interrupted (kids) so woke up groggy. Felt good after my workout with a lot of extra energy and drive. Appetite was light to medium. Took a little longer between sets bc I lifted heavier weights than normal today. Legs felt a little sore toward the end of the day, especially quads. Rotated injection site to quad and it was painful. Hate shooting there, but needed to switch it up.
*Legs - Seated Leg Press, calf raises, Squats, hip abductor, hip adductor, Deadlift, Lunges, abs, 15 minutes treadmill

4/14 - 70mg Tren A
20mg GW, 7N2G
Heartburn was bad today. Found out that I can mix baking soda with water and drink it to resolve the issue. Good sleep last night. No problem powering thru workout today and only needed a small amount of rest between sets.
*Shoulders/Forearms - hammer strength shoulder press, landmine straddle forearm curl, straight bar cable forearm extensions, front raises, dumbbell shoulder press, reverse curls, lateral raises, abs, 24 minutes treadmill

4/15 - 70mg Tren A,
20mg GW, 7N2G
Felt good today. Did have heartburn again tho. Appetite was up today. Did a chest and arms workout because I wanted to mix things up. Energy level was high and endurance was good today.
*Chest/Arms -Hammer incline chest press, landmine incline press, chest pull downs, cable flys, dips, pec deck, preacher curls, overhead tricep extensions, tricep kickbacks, dumbbell hammer curls, abs, 7 minutes stair climber, 10 minutes stationary bike

4/16 - 70mg Tren A, 70mg Test Prop
20mg GW, 7N2G
Taking today and tomorrow off from training. Gonna use the time to rest and relax some. Feeling good overall. My biggest complaint from the cycle so far has been the heartburn. It’s been a pretty consistent side effect since week 4. The best solution I’ve found is mixing up some baking soda in water and drinking it. The heartburn seems to be at its worse when lying down. Libido is still very high. Strength and aggression are also up.

Rest from yesterday was much needed. Feeling refreshed today. No heartburn so far. Energy, strength, drive and focus above normal.
