@Hawk86 you will do well with adding muscle and cutting fat.
But the LOG journal, you should start now, because logging and recording things takes time, modifying diet takes time, weeks.
lets start seeing your diet training now: If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
